ABN Amro has selected Infosys as one of its strategic partners to drive the business transformation program of the bank. Infosys said it has secured a multi-year, multi-million dollar deal with ABN Amro to provide IT services to the retail and commercial banking domains. The company will deliver services across application development and maintenance, testing and product implementation. Along with other strategic partners of ABN Amro, it will help the bank rationalize its IT landscape and improve service quality and customer experience, Infosys added. It will also enable greater operational efficiency, employee satisfaction and agility. Infosys has been engaged with ABN Amro for over a decade.
