UAE Exchange India has appointed M. Narendra, former CMD, Indian Overseas Bank, and Abraham Thariyan, ED, South Indian Bank, as independent directors of the company. V George Antony, MD of the company, said the company is fortunate to have the direction and guidance of Narendra and Abraham Thariyan to take it forward in a competitive market.
