Kuwait’s Warba Bank has launched ‘Bank Express’, a new banking system, which is essentially an interactive electronic branch. It will help customers complete their transactions directly and easily. The facility is located at Sanabel complex in Kuwait City. The bank said this is a strategic initiative and is aimed to develop its service channels through this banking system. It is an extension of the traditional branches, characterized by modernity and flexibility and provides high quality service to clients according to time and effort criteria, it said. Shaheen Hamad Al-Ghanim, CEO of the bank, said the bank is keen to diversify its services to clients and give them a unique experience by using developed banking services as part of its efforts to adopt and apply the latest technological developments.
