Motilal Oswal Financial Services has Anil Nair as deputy managing director of its housing finance business Aspire Home Finance Corporation (AHFCL). Nair, a veteran of the housing finance industry, has over 18 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, sales & marketing and key accounts management. He was holding the position as vice president and zonal head at DHFL. He has also worked with the housing finance arm of ICICI Bank. At AHFCL, he will be responsible for end to end delivery of branch performance across clusters, regions and states, which includes sales and operations. he will drive sales, branch expansion, process adherence &compliance, maintaining portfolio quality and service excellence across the branches.
