Sridhar Kalyanasundaram has been appointed as the Additional Director (Independent Category) of Dhanlaxmi Bank with effect from December 5, 2022.
Sridhar has vast experience with various banks including State Bank of India, Standard Chartered Bank, Equatorial Trust Bank, Nigeria, I&M 3ank, Kenya and ESAF Small Finance Bank. He has also worked with Globacom Telecom, Nigeria, HCL Technologies and Manappuram Finance Limited.
He has worked in diverse areas including risk management, enterprise risk management, and business continuity. Sridhar is presently a freelance consultant and trainer for enterprise risk and resilience management. He is an MBA holder, a postgraduate in economics, and a certified information systems auditor.
