Wealth management startup Fisdom has tied up with Lakshmi Vilas Bank to help customers register, manage and make investments in National Pension Scheme (NPS). The bank will be the managing bank for the NPS service offered by Fisdom on its app. The partnership will allow any registered customer on Fisdom to invest in NPS instantly without any paperwork. The user can set his investment goal by choosing the risk profile and monthly investment amount. Fisdom app also provides services like online KYC, investment options into savings instruments and withdrawing invested money from a fund that was previously set-up by a customer. Fisdom will be the first fintech company to provide NPS digitally. P. Mukherjee, MD & CEO, Lakshmi Vilas Bank said this association with Fisdom will be part of the bank’s broader focus on diversifying and offering products and services in the banking and financial space. Peeush Jain, head of Transformation and Partnerships at the bank, said going digital is the way to the future and with this partnership with Fisdom the bank will be able to offer more services to all the customers digitally. Subramanya SV, CEO and co-founder of Fisdom hoped that the new feature of investing in NPS through the Fisdom app would help everyone make smart pension related investments for their future in a hassle-free way.
