B K Divakara has taken charge as ED of Central Bank of India. Prior this appointment, he was a GM with Corporation Bank at its head office in Mangalore. Central Bank of India now has three EDs – Raj Kumar Goyal and Animesh Chauhan are other two EDs. Divakara started his career as chartered accountant in Corporation Bank in 1986.He has more than 27 years of experience in banking having worked as zonal head Gujarat zone. He has worked in various positions at Mangalore, Bangalore, Mumbai and Gujarat. He holds degree in BBM, CA, ICWA, ACS. H
