The Reserve Bank of India is planning to create a list of consultants for its human resources management department to advise it on framing, implementing and delivering integrated HR solutions in the areas of HR policies, processes and systems. The consultants would be required to offer their services in areas like project consultancy, project implementation, implementation support services, and research and analysis. The bank is looking at creating a broad-based panel of consulting firms offering services in areas like 360-degree feedback – evaluation and assessment system, providing customized set of competencies, designing suitable feedback questionnaires, online administration of feedback questionnaires, preparation of feedback reports, preparation of individual developmental plans, HR and Management Practices audits, status of strategic initiatives, recruitment process and retention and succession plans. The consulting firms/organizations will be selected through a national open process of registration.
