Corporation Bank has entered into a MoU with the Indian Army for offering servicemen several banking facilities, some of them at concessional rates. The bank said would provide free/ concessional services to the Army, including free drafts, cheque books, funds transfers to any bank in India through RTGS/ NEFT, free ATM cards and unlimited transactions on all ATMs. In addition, the bank will provide free personal accident insurance cover of Rs5 lakh and Rs10 lakh up to the age of 70 years and air insurance cover of Rs 50 lakh. The bank said the facilities are tailor-made to suit the requirements of serving soldiers, pensioners and families.
