Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is expanding its reach in Uttar Pradesh. The Bank opened its new branch in the Mahmoorganj area of Varanasi. It is proposing to open 15-18 new branches in the state by end of December 2017. At present, it has 3 general banking branches, 3 micro banking branches, 5 retail assets branches and 100 microfinance branches operating in 24 districts of Uttar Pradesh. Govind Singh, MD & CEO of the bank, said the bank is proposing to expand its presence at its home ground. He added that the bank intends to provide end to end banking services through digital banking to our customers. Through TAB banking, eKYC, Bharat QR and UPI integration, it will provide seamless banking for its customers, he added.
