Union Bank of India is looking for a consultant to provide enterprise fraud risk management advisory services and assist it in the implementation of an enterprise fraud risk management solution. The proposed solution will cover the CBS and all the e-channels of the bank. The bank has already invited proposals for the purchase of an EFRM solution through the system integrator route. The consultant is expected to provide advisory services and assistance in implementation of the solution across all the banking channels. The consultant will be required to independently arrive at the methodology, based on globally acceptable standards and best practices, suitable for the bank, after taking into consideration the effort estimate for completion of the same and the resource requirements. The work will be divided into three phases – provide fraud risk advisory services, provide functional assistance during the EFRM solution implementation and periodic review of the solution and refresh of policies and other information security related services.
