Standard Chartered Bank is looking for a successor to Peter Sands, CEO. The British bank has engaged HR firm Egon Zehnder to identify a suitable candidate who can replace Sands, one of the longest serving chief executives of the large global bank. The bank’s shareholders have called for succession planning. It is expected that bank may announce a succession plan in March when the bank reports its annual results. The selected person may take over from Sands sometime towards the end of 2015.
