Eight entities have been allowed to test their fintech products for MSME lending as part of the third cohort under the Reserve Bank of India’s regulatory sandbox scheme.
The Reserve Bank had received 22 applications under the third cohort of which the following eight entities have been selected: Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), FinAGG Technologies, Moshpit Technologies, Mynd Solutions, New Street Technologies, Rupifi Technology Solutions, SysArc Infomatix, and ZikZuk Technologies. These entities will commence testing their products this month.
Fourth cohort
The RBI, which had announced the theme for the fourth cohort as ‘Prevention and Mitigation of Financial Frauds’, has now opened the application window for eligible entities.
Applications may be submitted from June 15-August 1, 2022. A scanned copy of the application, together with enclosures, may be forwarded through email.
