State Bank of India is proposing to engage a IT learning content provider and integrate the content provided to an Learning Management System platform for online learning/upskilling/certification by system officials. The system will be located at the Global IT Center of the bank. The bank wants to provide its IT officials with multi-modal continuous learning experience in a cost-effective manner for their IT capability building, upskilling and ensuring future readiness of the IT officials. The bank wants a rich online library of IT learning contents including IT SME-led courses, continuously upgraded/ edited/ new IT topics, reference eBooks, IT course videos, short performance support videos, certification programs, live virtual classrooms, live mentoring, etc. The bank will provide the LMS platform for integration of the content. The platform will have contents tailormade for various proficiency levels like beginner, advance, expert, etc and courses covering entire IT landscape including emerging technologies. Besides, there will be topic-specific content curated into easy to use online modules and audio/podcasts, videos, simulations etc.
