SBI organizes countrywide customers’ meet

State Bank of India is organizing a countrywide customers’ meet, mainly to understand their grievances and enhance services. The bank’s officials are interacting with over 100,000 customers at over 500 locations through 17 of its local head offices (LHOs). P.K. Gupta, MD (Retail and Digital) of the bank, said the purpose of the meet is to nurture customers’ trust in the bank by engaging with them at the ground level. The bank looks forward to its customers participating in this meet and help the bank in fulfilling their expectations through an enhanced experience at the branches, he added. The meeting, being held on 28 May, will be attended by senior officials of the bank. Customers can interact with bank staff to discuss their concerns and share feedback and suggestions on products and services.
