Banking solutions provider Sarvatra Technologies said it has on-boarded 450th cooperative bank on the National Financial Switch. With Sevalia Urban Cooperative Bank becoming a member of NFS, the company has enabled many cooperative banks on digital payment platform by making them interoperable with large banks. It now aims to add another 50 plus cooperative banks to the NFS in FY 2019. The company has provided digital payment platform from the smallest cooperative banks to the largest lenders in India like ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank and new generation clients like Paytm Payments Bank, Equitas Small Finance Bank etc. Speaking on the occasion, Dilip Asbe, MD & CEO, NPCI said, Sarvatra Technologies started with NFS, providing RuPay debit and Kisan credit cards issuance and enabling transactions on ATMs, POS and eCommerce. It is bringing sub-member banks on other NPCI platforms like IMPS, UPI, AePS and Bharat BillPay.
