UAE’s Mashreq Bank has appointed Santhosh Mahalingam as the MD of Mashreq Global Services in India. Prior to joining Mashreq in 2014, Santhosh Mahalingam held several senior positions with Qatar National Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and most recently, Standard Chartered Scope International as head of Consumer Operations and Change Delivery where he was instrumental in setting out quality standards for various operational areas as well as establishing efficiency measures for evaluating performance. In Mashreq he will be responsible for the digitization of back office operations. He has an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Calicut, India. He is also a qualified Executive Coach (PCC) and certified NLP Practitioner.
