The Reserve Bank of India has approved the reappointment of Shyam Srinivasan as the MD & CEO of the Federal Bank. The reappointmente will be with effect from 23 September 2020 for a period of one year. The bank said in a corporate filing as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015), it has received the approval from RBI for the reappointment of Shyam Srinivasan as the MD & CEO of the bank. His term was to end on 22 September.
