Parshuram Panda has been appointed chief vigilance officer, Central Bank of India. The central government made the announcement recently. Panda started his banking career in Bank of India as a probationary officer in 1988. Having worked in various divisions of banking such as rural, retail, corporate and overseas sections, he became a general manager in 2017 and posted in central office in Mumbai. He was earlier appointed as chief vigilance officer, Dena Bank and since the bank is being amalgamated with Bank of Baroda, he is now being shifted to the Central Bank of India.
