The government has appointed Rakesh Jain, Sachin Chaturvedi, Revathy Iyer and Raghvendra Narayan Dubey as members in local boards of the Reserve Bank of India. Jain and Chaturvedi will be members in the Southern and Eastern local boards, while Revathy Iyer and Raghvendra Narayan Dubey will be members in the Northern local board of the central bank. Iyer and Chaturvedi have also been nominated as directors on the central board too.
