Maybank has added another pioneering service to its digital banking portfolio with the launch of Malaysia’s first contactless ATM cash withdrawal service.
The new service is now available through the MAE app at select ATMs across the country, and it aims to improve convenience for more than 12 million Maybank ATM cardholders as they adjust their lifestyles to the new norm and enjoy more digitally-enabled access to traditional banking services. Customers can use this service at approximately 1,000 ATMs, which will display the availability of the contactless cash withdrawal service. This service will eventually be made available at all Maybank ATMs.
