Krishnakumar Goyal has been elected as the chairman and Madhukar Atre vice-chairman of Cosmos Bank. Both of them were elected unanimously. In the recently held elections in Cosmos Bank for the board of directors for the years 2015-2020 all the 13 candidates of Sahakar Panel won with landslide majority. The elections for the post of chairman and vice-chairman were conducted in the very first board meeting. Krishnakumar Goyal is a successful businessman and owner of Kohinoor Group. He has been a director of the bank since 1994. Madhukar Atre is a successful architect, government approved valuer who has worked on various committees of the bank. A very senior and scholarly director, he was also chairman of the bank more than three times.
