Ingenico Group (formerly called TechProcess and EBS) has concluded a partnership agreement with home furnishing retailer IKEA India to exclusively enable digital payments for its eCommerce platform. IKEA will be powered by Ingenico’s seamless payment gateway to streamline its multi-mode online and mobile payments to ensure utmost convenience and safety for consumers to make digital payments. Ingenico ePayments India has developed and implemented customized payment gateway solution and IVR to support IKEA India’s needs. Henrik Tuner, Head of Multichannel, updIKEA India, said through this platform IKEA will continue to provide well designed and functional home furnishing solutions to its consumers, which is yet another step to the long term commitment to the Indian market.
