Dutch financial services company ING Groep does not intend to acquire HSBC’s Turkish unit, according to news reports. ING is concerned about various regulatory hurdles that could mar the deal. Meanwhile, a Turkish bank, Fibabanka, has expressed interest in the Turkish unit.
