IDBI Bank has launched its mobile banking application. The service allows the bank’s customers facilities such as funds transfer, bill payment, mobile/DTH recharge and an account view across savings, current account, fixed/recurring deposits, loans and demat. The bank said in a statement that its customers now have the flexibility to select and access their account across any or all the mobile banking channels namely SMS, USSD, internet and mobile simultaneously. The new application, with the branding ‘IDBI Bank Go Mobile’, is available on the android platform and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. M.S. Raghavan, CMD of the bank, said the new app will help the bank stay connected with its customers 24X7, thus giving an opportunity to cater to their needs immediately and saving them the time and effort to visit the bank branch.
