Event software company Hubilo has launched an end-to-end cloud based virtual event management platform to support businesses during the pandemic times. Since major events were being cancelled/postponed on a global level, the team at Hubilo, who have already facilitated close to 2500 events till date, developed the virtual version for event management with 2 primary objectives – to shift the entire experience online from offline, and to ensure that a simple process is created that helps the organizer execute the complete event smoothly and efficiently. Hubilo has already facilitated virtual events for Indian and international clients. Vaibhav Jain, CEO and founder, Hubilo, said the company decided to develop a virtual platform that would assist and give solutions to all the concerns. The virtual event management platform is majorly structured through technology tools such as real-time networking, virtual booths, speaker lounges, live and on demand sessions, automated registrations and ticket processes, 24/7 customer care services along with the Hubilo app that helps synchronize the entire event along with few additional tools. Hubilo has facilitated close to 20 virtual events with 40 more in the pipeline, pan India as well as globally in the last couple of months.
