PANEL DISCUSSION - VIRTUAL

FRONTLINE The New Boundary

Thursday, December 16, 2021 | Time: 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm IST

About Panel

The digital boom has resulted in massive advancements in technology and automation across sectors. This boom has penetrated and enveloped the BFSI sector too, leading to revolutions in customer experience and services.

Personal contact for promptness and reliability of services still features as a top priority for customers of a bank. This brings us to a real challenge that the sector is battling, i.e. acquisition of the right talent, their induction and performance, and needless to say, their retention too.

Solving the ‘talent conundrum’ in the BFSI sector at the frontline, seems to be a rising challenge for many organizations. So, what should the new approach be – Strategy? Innovation? Partnerships? Newer business models? Something else?

To hear the speakers and get valuable insights from them about the talent conundrum, please register for the panel discussion.
