Amount of home loans extended by Dena Bank in Q2, 2013-14 is Rs 352.97 crore to 3192 borrowers. YOY growth in home loan is 13.1%. KC Chhipa, GM, Priority Sector & RRB/ Retail/SME, of the bank says four major zones contributing to it are New Delhi (Rs 39.58 crore), Mumbai suburban (Rs37.57 crore), Surat (Rs 34.77 crore) and Thane (Rs 32.30 crore. Dena Bank‘s target for home loan is Rs4410 crore, ie, 37% growth over March 2013.
