Corporation Bank is proposing to disburse Rs 4500 crore to MSMEs in the next few months. An official of the bank said the bank has launched a special four-month campaign for this purpose. Loan seekers can file their applications online on the bank’s website. The processing is faster and the system gives an indication whether the applicant is eligible for the loan. The bank has already advanced Rs 28995 to MSMEs in 2016-17. The new campaign will help branch managers to focus more on MSMEs.
