BillBox, one of India’s leading customised solution providers in the payments and merchant ecosystem, has launched a disruptive product called TapTap in collaboration with NSDL Payments Bank and Visa. It is a path-breaking technology in card payments in the form of wearables.
TapTap is a payment-cum-fashion accessory. Silicon Band, Silicon Strap, Silicon Loop, and Key Fob are available in three colours: white, black, and blue. Every person who buys the band gets an equivalent value of points which can be redeemed at various stores and transactions made by the customers will earn them reward points.
While wearing TapTap, customers don’t have to carry their cards, phones and wallets. They just have to tap the pre-loaded wearable and make the payment. The product comes in many shapes and forms such as rings, mobile covers, key fobs, and bracelets. TapTap platform has the capability of providing end-to-end card issuance, customer management, loyalty points and a redemption program relevant to Banking as a Service (BaaS).
