Unconference is a specialized concept which empowers the partner company to engage with multiple functional heads in BFSI organizations. This is highly impactful where the offerings are across multiple functions where the functional heads don’t directly relate to each other.

This program begins with people being divided into 3 or 4 groups and each group discusses a specific topic. At the end of this discussion of 30-45 minutes, one leader from each group is invited to a panel discussion. First the leaders share the highlights of the discussion in their respective groups, followed by a panel discussion moderated by Banking Frontiers. Finally there is a Q&A session with the audience.
