Bank of India plans to have robotic process automation

RoboticProcessAutomationBank of India is planning to implement an enterprise wide Document Management System, Business Process Management and Robotic Process Automation and optionally a Central KYC Registry using artificial intelligence, cognitive capabilities, machine learning and natural language processing. The bank has sought proposals for the system from system providers, who would be required to identify the system, customize it to the needs of the bank and install/implement it. The bank wants the proposed system to cover on an end to end basis right from uploading of scanned images, storing/uploading the same, processing images for quality control, processing final images through OCR/ICR/IWR engine to populate metadata, upon approval routing through robotic process or through interfaces/APIs to execute defined tasks. There shall also be some processes which require (i) only storage OR (ii) Storage and Business Process Management. Proposed solution would be web based and reside on a central server and should be accessible through PC/ thin client/ laptop or mobile devices by its branches, zones, and other offices identified by the bank, spread across the globe.
