Currently the bank has automated hourly data backup where the data is copied on the backup server every hour. Also, daily closing backup is copied on backup server and a pen-drive. In the future, Adarsh Bank plans to maintain a mirror image on a separate server at the backup location. This server will have its own SQL server license. The bank will also evaluate and ensure suitable bandwidth between the original and the mirror server. Sri Ayyapa Naidu, Manager for Systems, Electronic Payments & Settlements at the bank, won an award for the Best IT Head at FCBA 2016.
