Eight NBFCs including Morgan Stanley India Securities and housing finance company (HCF) Indie Homefin have surrendered their Certificate of Registration (CoR) to the RBI. The RBI has therefore cancelled their CoRs.
The other seven NBFCs include Dholadhar Investments, Goodwill Financial Services, Sankalp Granites, Yardley Investment and Trading Company, Sri Shirdi Credit and Finance, Mangalam Softwares and West Bengal Industrial Development Corpn. As such, the above companies shall not transact the business.
