Housing finance company DHFL appointed Santosh Nair as its chief business officer. He will lead DHFL’s business distribution channels across all retail asset product verticals and focus on further strengthening the effectiveness of the organization’s revenue generation process. He will be based out of the National Office, Mumbai. Santosh Nair has two decades of financial services experience with expertise in sales and distribution, P & L management, operations, manpower & team leadership. Prior to joining DHFL, he was executive vice president and business head – Home Loans and Unsecured Loans with HDFC Bank. He was also associated with American Express Bank, Citicorp Maruti Finance and Kotak Mahindra Primus. Harshil Mehta, CEO of DHFL said the company is at an exciting and dynamic growth phase as the organization undertakes rapid expansion across India and augments outreach to serve the LMI segment and the company is infusing key capabilities into its leadership team.
