Kotak Mahindra Bank has set up 24-hour e-Lobbies in two Mumbai suburbs of Juhu and Powai. This is part of the Bank’s plan to expand the touchpoints available for customers with a new format, called ‘Smart Banking 24×7’ e-Lobbies. Shanti Ekambaram, president – Consumer Banking at the bank, inaugurated the e-Lobby in Juhu and the Powai e-Lobby was launched by T.V. Sudhakar, senior executive vice president. Shanti Ekambaram said the Smart Banking 24×7 e-Lobbies give customers the freedom to complete banking transactions at any hour of the day as per their convenience. The bank’s efforts are focused on offering accessible and simple banking solutions to its customers and over the years, it has been innovating the its delivery formats across physical and digital channels, she added. The Kotak Smart Banking e-Lobbies offer 24×7 access to a range of banking services such as cash withdrawals, cash deposits and cheque deposits.
