Spanish bank Banco Santander has let the R3 blockchain consortium. This follows the exit of Goldman Sachs, one of the original members of the consortium.Goldman Sachs has not yet stated its reason for leaving. R3 is now seeking funds from members. However, R3CEV remained unperturbed as it issued a statement saying developing technology like this requires dedication and significant resources, and the diverse pool of members all have different capacities and capabilities which naturally change over time. It did not offer additional comment on the status of its fundraising.
