Bank of Baroda is undertaking an exercise to spell out the core values of the bank so that there cannot be any doubt in the minds of employees of what is expected of them especially since a large part of the employees are under 35 years of age and the experienced ones, who have understood the values of the bank are retiring. The bank is looking for a consultant to help it in this exercise. The selected consultant would be required to talk to the internal stakeholders who would represent diverse points of view on what they believe are the core values of the bank, help in organizing group discussions/interactions with employees / executives in different cadres across different cities / places as may be required, take into consideration the cultural diversity of the country and evolve the core values in the context of the regulatory framework in which the Bank functions and its effect on the conduct of the employees.
