Bank of Baroda has bought the semi-naming rights of Sikanderpur metro station in Gurugram. The station will now be named as Bank of Baroda Sikanderpur Metro Station. The station is crucially located as it is the only station that directly connects to Gurgaon Rapid Metro and is an interchanging metro station. Around 85,000 people use the station daily. The bank believes the move will bring in more visibility for it and create a branding. B.B. Joshi, ED pf the bank, said this is the first time that a public sector bank has bagged the semi-naming right of a metro station.
